               8:00 am to 2:00 pm- Sunday
Lot Information:
The lot size is 20' x 20'
The lot fee is $40.00 for the weekend
The fee is the same for one day or all three
CASH ONLY/NO CHECKS
  • Gates open for vendor setup at 12:00 pm on Wednesday.
  • All dealers must stop at the Office trailer and receive a lot assignment
  • Animals will be kept separate from craft dealers
  • Please specify if you have animals
  • Anyone staying over night or leaving a vehicle on the property overnight must have a rented lot
  • Owner of any animal entering the flea market must present the animals' health papers before entering
  • No Hybrid Wolves permitted on the grounds
  • All vendors must report to main office and present a valid vendors license prior to setting up
  • Anyone caught selling anything anywhere on the property without having first rented a vendor space will be required to leave the premises immediately
Dealer Rules:

Please keep in mind that our goal is to provide a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.  A Flea market where parents and grandparents can bring the kids for a day or weekend of shopping.
  • Management reserves the right to remove any person from the property for any reason they deem necessary
  • All dogs must be on a leash and are not permitted int he food court
  • Driving is permitted in isles only
  • Do not drive on any other vendors lot
  • Only dealer vehicles may me parked in the vendor area and must be kept on their own lot
  • All other vehicles must park in the public parking area
  • Any vehicle improperly parked will have to be kept to a minimum
  • Please be considerate of others by driving only if you have to
  • Use routes of least congestion
  • Drive at speeds of less than 5 mph even if their are no pedestrians to avoid dust covering other dealers' merchandise
  • Use of motorized carts is prohibited unless displaying proof of disability
  • No vendor may sell food or beverages
  • No generators may be used after 11:00 pm
  • No drugs or alcoholic beverages
  • Dealers are responsible for cleaning their lot 
  • Vendors must take all trash to the dumpster
  • The dumpster is located behind the concession trailer
  • Trash cans are for patron use ONLY
  • All vendors must have their area CLEAN and be off the property no later than 5:00 pm closing day...
